Matthew Ferrara is one of the real estate industry’s most respected thinkers and leaders. He has spent more than three decades improving real estate brokerage worldwide through strategy, innovation, and leadership.
Matthew’s career began in 1991 when he led a technology training and consulting firm. He later built the industry’s leading technical support call center, online learning portal, and sales and leadership programs for brokerages and associations in 49 states and 36 countries.
As a keynote speaker, mentor, and strategist, Matthew works with brokerages, global brands, MLSs, and associations who embrace innovation and a growth mindset.
Beyond business, Matthew is a photographer, writer, and cancer survivor whose work explores the art of success. His seminars and retreats blend lessons from business, history, literature, and innovation into practical strategy and inspiring experiences for today’s professionals.
Matthew earned degrees in philosophy and economics, studied in Bologna, Italy, is a Phillips Academy Andover graduate. His work has been translated into eight languages, and his photography has been auctioned in support of women’s shelters, anti-poverty programs and children’s education.
